- Exchange days can be requested via the Kids Konnect app
- Exchange days can be requested at least 1 working day in advance.
- Exchange days can only take place within two weeks.
- Exchange days can only be approved within the possibilities of BSO BOON., i.e. there is room in the group as well as on the transport.
- When exchanging from a short to a long day, an extra surcharge will be charged.
There is no right to exchange days. Exchange days can only be requested if the original day has been canceled in time. - Exchange days are impossible during the holiday if it concerns a day with an outing.
